so i have $600-700 to spend on a new bike
I am looking to spend $600 to $700 total on a new fixed gear or single speed. COMPLETE!
Please post some recommendations on good solid bikes for this price range. One I wont need to do anything to but ride for a bit. Looking for websites and coupon codes if you have them! Thanks. And yes, I did search. I am looking for more opinions!
Id love to get ahold of my all time favorite bike the 2005 Bianchi Pista Concept in the beautiful Celeste Green, but I have looked high and low and can't find any... if you know of any for sale please direct me to it.
Would love to order today or tomorrow, so get at me folks!

ALE Gold Plated Toe Clips - $300 (san jose east)
Date: 2009-07-27, 11:04PM PDT
You are purchasing two sets of Ale gold plated toe clips. They are size Medium and have never been mounted or used. They are literally NOS. They have been in indoor storage since 1987. The clear plastic covers were discarded after they cracked and degraded sometime around 1998 or 1999.

I'm in long island, ny where everything bike related is a total rip off, so they are around 750 here. I paid 400 for a used one. Turns out you can get them a lot cheaper in places like california. expect paying around 600 for a new one.

+1 to nearly every bike mentioned
Steamroller is good, Pista is good, IROs are good, you really can't go wrong w/ any of these bikes. If you are willing to spend 700, just go ahead and get a steamroller. It's a great bike that is versatile. You can keep it for a long time, but that's probably true of any of these bikes.
