Kilo TT and Sugino Messenger

Has anyone used these two together? I'm building mine up and am having some chainline issues. I'm just curious to see if anybody has any advice for these components.

Kilo TT
Sugino 68 x 103 bb
Sugino messenger chainring / crankarms
DP18 w/ formula hubs

EDIT: Should have been more specific. When I put the chainring on the outside of the spider, looking from the cog the chain has a leftward offset and when I put the chainring on the inside the chain has a rightward offset.
It seems that the chainring needs to go right where the spider is.

Thanks

I have no experience with your specific components, but when I have that problem the easiest solution for me has been to remove the BB axle and flip it around, since it's usually asymmetric.

Make sure your bb is threaded all the way in and your rear wheel is centered in the ends. You should be fine, that's a pretty common set-up. There'll probably be a 1.5-2mm chainline differential, but nothing to worry about.
