Where can I find information on disassemble, clean adjust and reassemble Bendix 86 coaster brake? pbharder

I'd never heard of the Bendix 86. I used to have a Bendix 76, and have seen many Bendix 70 models. but never a Bendix 86.
Coaster brake hubs are generally pretty simple. If you have any mechanical ability, you should be able to do the job. If you need more help, the Park Tool site has a simple rundown on coaster brake hubs. I think it covers the average Shimano/Suntour/KT/Bendix type coaster brake, which all function pretty much the same. |

Hope this helps Jim I have no cone wrenches and for what they cost I found that my local bike shop cleaned and andjusted the brake for the same price. Cheers! pbharder |
