Look Ergostem?
 

I am thinking of putting one of these on the Olmo frame... I'v been told that they creak like crazy after a while, and probably won't last long in street use. However, the Olmo's going to be 'weekend fixie' that won't be too badly abused (besides occasional alleycat race)
