How are the Dura Ace hubs?
I recently picked up an old Lotus Classigue at work and have so far converted it into a single speed using the orginal Shimano 600 parts. I want to get a fixed gear wheelset for it though and am wondering about the Dura Ace low flange track hubs (havn't found any of the high flange ones yet) The only other hubs I'm really looking at are the Surly's. Thoughts or comments about either of those choices appreciated. Thanks.

I have one bike with a Dura Ace low flange track hub and it's nice and smooth.
I bought another one on ebay to build up yet another wheel. |

On a different note, does anybody know anything about this locking device that secures a hub through the locknut: http://pitlock.de/eng/onlineshop/ind..._(rohloff).htm The lock nuts seems to fit a surly or DA rear hub perfectly (10mm dia with 1mm pitch axle threading). |
