Grow up. a manufacturers "recommended psi" is largely incorrect given the rider's individual weight. and mostly what they print on the side of a tire is the max psi. use the psi that is relevant to your weight, tire width, tire size, and sometimes the terrain (in the case of cx particularly). |
No. I am not wrong. Thanks for trying though. I (along with everyone else who isn't anally retentive about titrating the psi to a fraction) have been following the manufacturer's recommendation for years without issue. If you're racing / competing - sure, everything counts. But for the majority of people who hop on a bike and go, it is unnecessary.
Sheesh, you'd think after a dozen years of me being "wrong" something would have... you know, gone wrong. :rolleyes: |
