Glow in the dark deep v's
 

Are these the ELVS deep v's? And is this guy claiming them as his own project?

the deep v ELVS are reflective. they're black normally and white when light hits them at night

Basically, this guy took white Velocity rims and sprayed a coat or two of glow-in-the-dark paint on them (which is pretty much transparent when applied).

Unless of course, it's a Photoshop job.
