Palm Pressure

As Topic...is this normal to have pressure on the palm on all road other than hybrid/MTB?
my hand felt great on my girlfriend's folder..but going back to my 925..its hell :(

Grow some back muscles to help support the weight.
Or get a bike that fits and isn't so small so there is less seat to bar drop.

Well, hybrids/mountainbikes usually have much better suspension than road bikes, so I guess the answer is yes. But if the pressure is that bad for you, I'd guess you should recheck your position on the bike and/or get some padded gloves.

I used to get palm pressure quite a bit, but I got used to it and sort of forgot about it. Does your bike seem to fit you well aside from this issue?

i think the bike fit me just fine (i think?) or maybe a tiny bit too big? I dunno lol
i have no pain anywhere else except the palm during the ride..

just how much is too much pressure? Im guessing everyone have gotten used to it or maybe my hand are still sensitive?

One question: does your head go over the handlebar during riding? Is that consider the right fit?

if the bike fits, i recommend gloves and good padded bar tape.

you should slide the saddle back and slightly down to alleviate pressure on your hands.

it has nothing to do with suspension, it's all about how you are fit on the bike. MTB and hybrids tend to give a more upright position so there's less weight on your hands.
the redline is more inline with a CX/road bike, which puts you in a more aero position.

To put less weight on your hands in either position, you have to sit further back on the saddle.
