Chain keeps on falling off

Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

tension and alignment. easier said than done. what works for me is pulling the cog side real tight and hand tightening the bolt then aligning by pulling the other side and tightening, then going back to other side and wrench tightening and then the other side..... . make sure there isn't too much play in the chain. rotate the cranks and check the play in different positions as the chainring isn't prefectly round.
