Kilo TT and Kinesis carbon fork???

Kilo TT and Kinesis carbon fork???
So I recently bent my stock fork on my Kilo TT in a collision. I'm thinking of picking up this fork from BI:

I have a couple of questions I'd like to get answered before I buy. First, does anyone currently have this set up? If so, how is it working for you? Second, the fork appears to be drilled for a front brake, will it accommodate the Tektro brake that came with the Kilo? Finally, will the Kinesis fork maintain the original geometry? The specs seem similar to the original fork, but are slightly different.
Any help is appreciated.

I had a kinesis fork on my Bianchi Pista, it was the straight bladed one (it was a Performance fork, which are just kinesis forks without the kinesis logo on the fork (it still says kinesis on the fork ends though)). It was a little different rake, but you will not be able to tell the difference really, it is only a few degrees. it will definitly work with your brake.

keep in mind that its a road fork and it will handle like a road bike, get a track fork and it will handle like one but....i dont know if the kilo fork is a track fork anywayy and i had swapped mine out for a road fork when mine was bent too it road much nicer then the stock for sure tho!

Axle to crown length on stock Kilo fork is 345mm and the Kinesis fork is 365mm,so it will change your head angle slightly.
Stock Kilo fork has 44mm rake and the Kinesis has 43mm,also barley noticable.
With that said I run the Kinesis fork on my Kilo and it works just fine.

same thing happened to me: hit a car, bent stock fork, got a BI cf fork as replacement. i don't know about the published axle/crown measurements but i measured them side by side and the length were the same. as for rake, i don't know an accurate way to measure that, but both are 43mm (IIRC). didn't notice any change in handling, but the carbon fork smoothed out the ride a lot (LA has some really crappy road surfaces). here's my bike on velospace.

FYI guys if you didn't know; my friend bought the exact same fork (same scenario.. older kilo w/ threaded headset) and had my mechanic thread it for him; the steerer is chro - mo. Better than the site's description as "steel alloy"....
