Sta-Tru wheels

Based on what I've read so far, they're known for inexpensive replacement wheels. But I'm wondering how these would compare to the stock wheels on a Windsor Hour.

Front, Rear.

It says that they are Alex R450 rims laced to loose-ball hubs.. I'd keep the Windsor's wheels for the Formula hubs.

I got a new pair of them locally for $30, which seems like a good deal. Been thinking about building up a bike for my neighbor's kid, but really like the black brake surfaces for my bike.

Pay the extra $20-$30 and buy a set of Weinmann DP-18s.

You must have been reading while I was posting. They're not for me, and I got the set for $30.

Ah, then that's a pretty good deal.. They should be fine for the kid depending on what kind of conditions he rides in.
