messed up paint, how to seal it?

Hi, tonight I was going over my bike and I noticed that my front brake was kind of loose- so I went to tighten the allen screw/bolt on the backside of the fork that secures the front brake.. and I guess I cranked it too tightly and it screwed up the paint back there.

I would like to know the best way to seal this? I'm thinking some waterproof epoxy?

Here is a picture for clarification.

Thanks for any help!

Yes you sure did lol

Some clear coat spray paint would do the trick... you might even want to try to patch the color up as well before you do so for cosmetic looks....

Scrape off the loose stuff and get matching touch up paint at an auto parts store.

gray colored crayon should do the trick.
