Question Regarding 09 Schwinn Madison

Hey guys, just wondering if anybody has had any experience regarding these bikes and knows how heavy things such as the headset, stem, handlebars are (Heavy enough to be worth replacing?). They feel like one of the heaviest parts of the bike when i pick it up, but Im just too lazy to take off the parts and weigh them individually.

Any help would be appreciated.

it's not just u.

My theory is that a bunch of ppl decided to take into cycling as a new year resolution OR ppl received bikes as a holiday gift. Sorta like how gyms are overcrowded after new year's.
