Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Who makes the fastest 700x28c tire?

I noticed that alot of the 28/32 tires have alot of rolling resistance do to the low TPI-

Any good 28's that are reasonably fast?

You can get Conti GP4000s in that size too. I've been running the 25c version (with reflective sidewalls), and I like them.

Conti GP4000s's are awesome tires, I love mine. They are real grippy, puncture resistant, long lasting, and still considered 'race tires.' However, like many continentals the sidewalls could be a bit more puncture resistant.
