They're standard shipping uses FEDEX SMARTPOST, which is basically snail mail. They send the package by fedex ground to Post Office distribution center which finishes the delivery, as if fedex ground isn't slow enough. I ordered something from nashbar this Monday, and they didn't ship until today.

Make sure you tighten the fixed cog and lock ring when you get it, they're not as tight as they need to be from the factory.

I was worried that this bike would be junky for $200 but it looks pretty nice IMO and well worth it considering I'm just going to be using it to get to classes. I've got a Trek XO1 for workouts, etc. If you're looking for a bike just to ride and that you won't be spending a lot of money on to upgrade, I'd go for it. Just make sure to tighten the lockring if you're riding the fixed side. I was trying it out in my dorm hallway and the pedal slipped backwards a little, so I'm gonna wait till I go home this weekend and can get some biking tools to tighten it.

Yeah mine was missing the 3rd bracket too, but I was able to get the chain protector to stay. If you need a picture let me know.
