Where can i find cogs and spacers that fit hyperglide hubs?
i have been trying to convert my road bike into a SS, but i'm not sure what kind of cogs and spacers would fit my hub. I have WH R500 wheelset/hubs. Help? :thumb:
i am confused because WH-R500 hubs have a wide spline, but all the cogs that i find have uniform splines that seem to fit uniglide hubs only. correct me if i'm wrong plz |

Scroll down, you'll find everything you need. And surly cogs fit hyperglide I believe |
where are you getting the cogs from? They should say what they're compatible with, but uniglide is old

thanks a plentyy! they really do have everything. hairnet hm i didnt buy any cogs yet, i just found them online, and looked at their spline pattern. i just wanted to be 100% sure that what i buy fits. |
Only one spline is narrow,Shimano did that so that the cog will only fit one way. That way they can achieve better shifting because of the way the teeth are ramped. theyre ment to all fit in a pattern to help with shifting.

That's the easiest conversion in the world, since you can use one of the existing cogs and a PVC spacer. Fancy kits are only $30 online.
