$200

Tober1 03-02-10 11:57 AM

In Toronto people would sell that for at least 600-700. But then again you could pay that for a bag of rust in the shape of a bike in Toronto :)

~400$ depending on condition?

Kenneth 03-02-10 02:41 PM

$459.95

This is about what I was thinking, maybe a few dollars more. Not the most common size, so it might take a little time to find a buyer if you're in a smaller market.

"Ahhh I'll buy it at a high price"

Not really. 500 if condition is good.

pun intended..?? hahaha

i'd probably agree with 400-500-ish, depending on condition.... nice bike..!

shubonker 03-02-10 08:40 PM

Whats the condition?

NateRod 03-02-10 08:56 PM

$450 - 500 sounds about right.

Its really nice but keep in mind one can get a new bike that pretty well matches yours for around $300-$400.00.

LupinIII 03-02-10 09:20 PM

i'd say around 450 is fair

eMXiMeR 03-02-10 10:05 PM

very nice looking bike, same look I'm going for with my Stripper but black components instead of red. I would list it on CL for 500$ OBO and go from there... probly wouldn't take an offer of less than 400$ but yeah with that frame size the market will be smaller

filtersweep 03-02-10 11:56 PM

that bike would sell more as parts. I would be surprised if you can get $400 for it, consider what entry-level bikes cost.

Kid Krinkle 03-03-10 08:03 AM

I think in NoVA, you should have no problem selling that as a complete on clist for 4-$500. The amount of crap I have seen for that price makes your bike a quick sell imo.

Brian 03-03-10 08:50 AM

A kid looking for a Republic bike won't see much value in that. But anyone who knows a bit about bikes would probably pay over $400.

Scrodzilla 03-03-10 08:56 AM

Unless you're looking to unload it quick, I say part it out. It's a nice complete bike but you might get more for it piece by piece.

Dr Fu Manchu 03-03-10 12:52 PM

Good idea. I think I will get more parted out. Most parts are in pretty good condition. But I am kinda going away from the tarck look and I dont like the look of colored components.

NateRod 03-03-10 01:34 PM

Maybe you'll get more for parting it out. But, as Scrod says, it'll probably take you longer to get all your money.

I've had some parts for sale on craigslist for like a month. They've been selling... but at a very slow rate. Drives me nuts. I have very little patience.
