Where can I find a fork with the same rake?

Hello everyone the other day I was in a weird accident and ended up ruining my front forks on my 54 cm Windsor "The Hour". Where could I find the information on the fork rake, and where can I find one to replace it? I was reading other sources that were stating that it had a rake of around 28mm. I was shopping around for forks and most everything I was finding was around 43-45mm, which according to wiki research is the usual rake for road bikes. If I were to switch to a larger rake, what kind of issues would I be running into? Would problems like clip overlap be an issue? How about bar spins?

Off the (online) shelf I know of this.

It's actually 30mm, which is 2mm more than your current fork, which will make your bike steer slightly quicker

There's a lugged steel one that others have recommended in the past, but I can't remember where to find it, or what it's called, right now. Or you can shop around for a fork from another track frame: Bianchi Pista, Felt T1, Trek T1, etc...

Only thing is I'm not sure whether or not my rake is 28mm. I would like to find a way to confirm what the dimensions are.

According to the manufacturer a 54 cm windsor hour is 40 mm.
