My "new" hybrid... I upgraded the stock shifters, brakes, derailleurs, cranks, and pedals to Deore DX and LX parts.

It is my light winter bike and should make for a nice summer ride / loaner as well.

Here's my road bike in it's current state:

Put on Red shifters, Rival derailleurs, and some 105 chainrings. Wheels are Archetype rims that I laced to a Dura-Ace hub rear and a no-name hub from bikehubstore in the front.

I sold my Cinelli mash frame to build another track frame up but then came across this 2013 Jamis Icon Pro. It was the last one a shop had and I picked it up for almost 40% off retail. Brand new not 1 mile on it. Im really happy with it so far. My first road bike to.

So far I have only swapped out the Bars saddle and seat post collar. I still need to pick up a set of bottle cages the one on the bike is a random one I had laying around.

I still have a track bike I use for commuting.

haven't been here in a while, but I'm so happy I got this back I have to show it off. This bike was stolen from the shop I work at by a "customer" that I was "helping" while we were open. He waited for the perfect opportunity to walk out with it. Long story short, I got it back and rebuilt it. Now it's time to ride the doors off of this thing.

What?! I never heard about your bike getting stolen. How did you end up recovering it?

This is my work-end lock-up beater.

Early 90s C'Dale M800 "Beast of the East" with typical cracked off plastic cable guides, 2-3 layers of spray bomb.
- Double chainring (med, low) front shifted by Fox shock lockout switch to Suntour FD.
- 8sp out back shifted by cheap Gripshift to Sachs New Success RD.
- Innova studded tires.

This is from yesterday, when I rode in to work. Today, I'm not even going to try to get in.

I finally finished it.

1996 Eddy Merckx Strada. It was a spare bike for a team in Belgium at the time (still has sponsor's stickers on it)
2006 Campy Record 10 speed w/ 2001 Campy Record cranks (to match the polished look).
Paul Components seatpost
Cinelli Giro D'Italia bars and stem
Look pedals (with matching hiviz paint!)
Brooks Cambium saddle
H+Son TB14s laced to White Industries T11 hubs.
Clement Strada 25c gumwalls

Wow!

i would only change the crank bolts. I would rather see it with the proper Campagnolo bolts. Beyond that, fantastic.
