campy record track or sugino 75's

hi just wondering which would be a better choice to upgrade to? i'm currently running miche pista advanced. has anyone ridden both cranksets? another choice is the fsa crabon track cranks. thanks

unless you're racing, i wouldn't. even then, it's still a debatable price/performance ratio.

You probably won't notice a difference from new wheels either.

The things that improve the riding experience for most people are:
- The right saddle for their body type
- Nice grip tape (expensive does not equal nice)
- Clipless pedals and quality shoes
- Quality tires
- Proper bike fit (whether you do it yourself or pay for help)


Generally speaking, upgraded components are better because they are either made of lighter, stronger or higher quality materials. They are more durable and reliable. The quality control is better. The fit and finish are better. But, they don't steer better or help you pedal faster.
