Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Vittoria Randonneur Hyper 700x32c

Was looking to pick up some new tires and I was taking a look at these and wondering if anyone uses these for long distance trips and what the feedback is. My current tire setup is an IRC 700x25c touring up front and a 700x23c Soma Everwear in the rear. I commute 34miles to work (round trip) pretty much every day of the week and was just trying to get some input on tires good for distance as far as speed and comfort and wear is concerned. I can pick up the Randos through work for a decent price which is why I was considering them, but they seem a bit wide, hence my wondering. Thanks.
