Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Small cross tire for Kona Paddywagon

Hi all,
There's a couple miles of gravel on my commute that's driving me to replace the 700x28 slicks on the kona paddywagon to something more agressive.

So far, I've only found the 700x 30 kenda tires - are there any other recommendations? I tried a 700 x 32 tire but it's too tight.

Thanks in advance

Is two miles of gravel really worth the switch to full on cross tires? If you really do need something more aggressive, how about one of those commuter cross-terrain tires?
