For fixed gear bikes - wheelsets?

I'm interested in what other people think are the best brands for wheels, especially with fixed gear road bikes. I've found a bunch of Vuelta wheelsets for around $100-$200. They seem good, and they're handmade, but I don't know a whole lot about different wheel brands.
