Strongest lacing pattern for flip/flop hub?

I'm working on a few more fixed-geared bikes (have four now) while recovering from a broken shoulder.
I want to have a Mavic OR-10 tubular rim laced to a 32 hole Dura Ace flip/flop track hub. It will probably
use DT Competition spokes, but titanium is an option. What is the strongest three-cross pattern...no dish.

Ooooops!!! 3-cross won't work with 32 spokes. What will work???

Sure it will.

Yes, three cross will work with 32 spokes(and28,36,40,48, all divisible by four) Or I just performed a minor miracle about two hours ago. The crossed spokes are part of a set of four, as long as the crossing # is the same for the set it will go right together, be it one cross or four cross(there are other problems with four cross or greater)

people sometimes think this because the first cross is often actually touching the hub on both spokes giving the impression that they don't cross.
