sram s100 1.1 bottom bracket choice?

Just wondering if anyone knew if I would have a major problem using a 108 power spline BB with this crankset? It says on all the webpages it used 113 or 118. But I was wondering what the issue would be using the smaller BB. Is it the 46-48t chainring that comes with it that would be the problem? I have a 42t chainring I wanted to use anyway, will that fix the issue?

108mm bb with a 42t chainring should fit fine on almost any frame. I do not see you have any issues. Before you choose to run the 108 though, you should check and see which bb will benefit your chainline more though.

I have an SRAM S100 on my commuter/errand bike, an SS converted from a cheap 18sp MTB. It was installed about a year ago and I have had no problems. However, I have no idea what the size of the BB is :-)
