Can I fit single speed freewheel sprocket onto my DA track hubs?

Hi, I'm planning to do a double century ride in about 2 months time and was wondering if I can actually use a BMX type freewheel sprocket on my Dura Ace Track hubs (7600 series, not flip flop). Mostly to reduce pain by allowing freewheeling!

If its possible I hope to get a reasonably good one (that will last)...hear Phil Woods one are good? or was it White Industries...?

Of course you can, I don't think Phil Wood make freewheels though, but White Industries' freewheels are the bee's knees.

holy crap they're expensive. What brings a White Industries freewheel over, say, a Shimano?

There was thread awhile back.

https://www.bikeforums.net/singlespeed-fixed-gear/323209-white-industries-eno-freewheel-worth.html

If I were to get a freewheel, I'd probably get them, but I probably never will. I can always never change gears on my crap-tastic 10 speed if I want "ss".
