Smoother pedaling

I have a question regarding the rear sprocket and chain wheel. Will having more teeth in both
components provide smoother pedaling?

Thanks,
Rich

Learn to spin a lower gear. Adjust your saddle height to where your hips aren't rocking and your butt isn't bouncing up and down on the saddle. Rollers really help smooth out pedal stroke and can really increase bike handling skills but nothing is a substitute for riding in real life situations. Focus on what your doing, train your muscles and legs to get smoother.

Try lowering your saddle. I psychedelically visualized you having your saddle too high, hence causing the unsmooth pedaling experience.
