hip starts huring while riding, so i stop and crack it, and the pain goes away

happens like every other ride, sometimes its pretty severe pain. anyone else have this issue? what could be the cause?

Most likely the saddle position is wrong somehow, post a picture of how the bike looks like right now?

cant, went to lower saddle a touch and over tightened seatpost collar and broke the bolt, so now the seat post and saddle are off waiting on a new collar

it's possible your seat was too high and your hips were rocking side to side, but i dont know what kind of pain that normally causes

This happens to me occasionally, but my chainstays/seatstays are contorted to the side from the main triangle. No idea how it happened, maybe my bike came like that.

Yeah, all I can think of is to lower the saddle-to-bar height ratio.
