And as for a TdF stream, I know of a site that links nearly all live sporting events that occur on the earth at any given moment, but I'm probably not allowed to post it. For the TdF it usually streams EuroSport, and immediately after the day's TdF stream it will continue streaming for the U20 women's World Cup.
