an s2 will do everything just as well, but a chris king looks pretty neat. the worst thing about them is the price, and you nixed that.

google.

but for realz, it's not rocket science. stick a stem on there and don't tighten it, and add/remove spacers as necessary so theres a few mm of spacer (or stem) above the steer tube. tighten the topcap to make adjustments to the headset, and once you have it dialed in, tighten the stem to the steer tube. easy as pie.

yeah it was a great deal, i was expecting just a frame lol and ah the headset sounds easy thanks x]

what cranks do you guys recommend getting?

squeegeesunny 07-18-10 09:58 PM

OMINUMS. if you have the $$.

I am considering buying one from BI as soon as i save up enough $$.

anyone know if Ominums will clear the kilo tt frame?

like those?
the frame has a threaded bb, can i still use a sealed one?

Squirrelli 07-18-10 11:18 PM

It will work like a charm but you might have chain stay clearance problem? The Omnium's spiders are really thick and so are their chainrings.
