Wow, Hatta Swan is some expensive; ceramic bottom brackets are also expensive. I'd offer something lower, maybe 525 the most.

It's a beautiful bike in person. Rock Solid frame too. Owner had an accident a few months back, where a parked car without lights at night randomly turned out of a parking structure forcing Fumigator to swerve. Frame was still fine and so was the owner even though he slid under a car >.>

I absolutely love fuji frames they are the only road bikes I have ever ridden their geo's match me perfectly, I've never gotten one of their track bikes, but if this was in my area and I had the money I would try to get it for 500 that frame looks nice and I've heard good things about their track frames.
