Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

26 x 2.125 is nice going over bumps and on rough stuff. 26 x 1.75 makes a nice middle ground for size if you like something smaller.

Track bike is 700 x 25's @ 100 psi. The road bike is old school, but made sure it was 27 x 1-1/8's, those are 105 psi.

25. As I once heard a man say, you can still feel the penny you ran over, but you can't tell what year it was minted.

25's are cool for getting around, especially if you weight >170lbs.
