Classic Handlebars
 

Just wondering what kind of handlebars these were

I wanted to make a "Sunday Morning" type of bike and wanted some classic handlebars instead of risers. I was thinking about getting the Noah's Arc handlebars but these seem a bit more interesting

Velo Orange has a couple of townie bars, pretty interesting looking too.

Upside down North Roads?

"Sunday Morning" type bike makes my stomach churn.

i think nitto has some bars called albatros. they kinda look similar

Those look like flipped cruiser bars. I've got VO Porteur bars and love them:
