Trying to find hollow axles
 

cant seem to find them, my friend told me just to buy a whole new wheel. :(

whole new wheel? is your friend on drugs?

I take it this is for a skewer? just go to your LBS and ask if they can help you out.

im trying to put quick releases on it.

Don't know the rear spacing of a Langster, you may have to cut a longer one down to fit.

easiest solution would be LBS, though. they should be able to get you exactly what you need.

Oh, bear in mind, if you ride fixed, QR front is ok, QR rear has mixed reviews, as sometimes it cant hold tight enough and causes slippage.

I actually work at the LBS (in training) the guy who told me to just buy a whole new set of wheels is the "experienced" LBS guy lol

Your shop should have a box/bin of axles, used or new...

Well, if your wheel has cartridge bearings switching the axle could be not so simple, but idk

The Specialized Langster spec sheet describes the hubs as "double sealed", which does suggest that they are cartridge bearings. If they were conventional cup and cone with loose bearings, then it would be easy to find hollow axles. Still, I have to wonder why the OP wants to bother with this.
