So I've decided on getting a Mercier Kilo TT from bikesdirect.com. I want to ask for any reviews on this bike? Is it good with the stock components? Should I make some changes before assembly? If so which and to what?

Surprisingly, there are beaches in Canadia but I have to deal with random penguins and polar bears in the ocean...not to mention the extremely massive icebergs.
