It's basically full custom so it can be user defined/ mix and match. Not exactly sure about the base but I'm sure it's something high end, most likely a custom blend of columbus, deda, and truetemper. You can get a quick answer straight from the horses mouth @ montano velo, I believe they're open til 7 today.

get a geekhouse, bishop or stanridge.
hard to beat the 722ts frameset at 200 though, could build that up for $500 without too much trouble. I'll probably get another when the price dips under 200

should follow him on instagram, I feel like he builds 2-3 frames a week (not all HSP, as those are limited to 50 total). he's definitely a workaholic

Tiemeyer prices are just ridiculously good, especially considering the fork and headset you get
for custom steel, he's around the same as a geekhouse after you add on the 'good' stuff to their frame, $100 more than the NJS guy who builds here (who only does one color) and about a grand cheaper than Bishop

it is a great deal but you can make it even better by using pbk's Bicycling10 coupon(which you can use on other stuff too) - takes it down to only $73.28 shipped for a pair of those gp4000s'...
