B!@# pain!
So I rode about 30-35 miles the other day with a few friends and I must admit it HURT! No, not my legs, my rear end. I just bought a Fizik Aliante Gamma saddle which, from the research I did, is highly recommended for my type of riding/sit position/spine? I also wear cycling shorts but for long rides it just isn't enough. Like I said before the saddle is new so do I just have to break it in a bit? And what suggestions/tricks/tips do you guys have, if any, to subdue some of this pain before, while and after riding. Thanks ;)
Also I tried a few searches for a topic relating to this with no luck so I apologize if this is a common thread. |
Either something isnt right with your bike fit, or thats not the right saddle for you.
