Is $269 a good deal for a new Sugino 75 48t crankset? Seems to be pretty cheap.

They usually run about $300+
I've seen them for cheap on bikeisland for that price

SKS Raceblade fenders. black. Fair-ish condition. Rear fender is a little bent. missing one mounting piece. Replacements can be bought online. - $15


should i bother with these? how essential is their little mounting strappys? (im assuming a zip tie would be equally effective)
would i be able to bend it back with some hair dryer persuasion?
