Im kind of confused

Okay so on my new used leader my tire and tube were slashed, the front tire. So I grabbed my front alex r500 off my madison and threw it on there. Its amazing the ride quality difference even with the stock $10 25c kenda tires. Im adverging 5-10 mphs higher and climbing 10x easier and just flying way faster then with the deep v on there. Is it the weight difference of having a lighter rim on the front. Is it the 95 air pressure vs the 130 on the rubino pros. Or do you think the hub on the deep v is ****ed? Either way i am completely happy with having my tire slashed lol. It doesnt matter to me either way but im just curious as to why the DRASTIC change.

you are my favorite.

vw addict 09-09-10 06:46 PM

tire slashing=faster. Everytime.

Scrodzilla 09-09-10 06:48 PM

Victims are always faster.

Philasteve 09-09-10 06:50 PM

haha I know addict, you don't even know how pissed i was. Now I might be the happiest dude a live my bike actually feels like a real track bike now. I kinda knew something was wrong the whole time but bought it used so i just kept brushing it off and used my madison as my "fast bike". Now im one happy dude.

Spray paint your Leader red. Everyone knows red is the fastest color.

Apparently now I am confused.
