Hmmmm, we've got a guy in Clydesdales named mazama who rides a road bike that looks a lot like the proportions of this bike, wheels to frame, etc, until you realize his Comotion has 700c Wheels and a 76 cm frame. 
Then again, he's only 7' tall.

Its the perfect bike for city apartment life. And it will go just about anywhere.
What's not to like about it? One size fits all. The seat post can fit riders from 5'2" to 6"2!

A BMX is not practical for real world riding. With fixed gear you need only a rear brake. A LBS can install a front brake if you want to ride single speed. Now about bike polo. Yeah, its like doing with the horse - you can do it with a FG bike. That's what the Big Shot is for:

Why the hell would a rear brake be necessary on a FG? It would be redundant. You've gotten it mixed up. A FG should have a front brake in order to stop quickly and efficiently. A SS should have both.

that pretty much sums it up. a polo bike is about as good for real world riding as a bmx is.
i rode my bmx twice yesterday. it makes a great lockup bike and as difficult as it is to ride up hills and over distances, it's WAY easier to hop on for a half a block and just as easy to hop on while rolling down a hill.

Why not just ride a BMX bike?
There's this 26" BMX cruiser I really like at the bike shop. I looked into it, I would have to buy a folding bike seatpost to get the saddle at the right height. I'm sure anybody could do the same thing with a 20" BMX.
