Your first link was to the serotta forum where, unless you were logged in, you couldn't see them. Not sure on the bars but they look comfy with the flat section.

theres no way your going to be able to find out exactly what bars those are. But, they look like alot of the Aero style bullhorns ive seen in higher end bikes. Aka that cinelli. Heres a link to some similar ones I found.

Profile T2 Wings or Cobra Wings. I am leaning to the cobras since there appears to be an ever so slight drop which the Cobra's have and the T2-Wings do not. I have both. The Nashbar ones someone linked have a much longer forward extension.
