What size toe clips?
 

I am a size 8 US, what size toe clips should i get? med large? If i get large would they be too big?

Medium.

I wear 8.5-9 and have medium clips. Good fit.

I wear 8 and small clips get the ball of my foot right over the pedal spindle. Medium works better for my waterproof boots, so I still have med on one of my MTBs.

I used to use large clips because I liked to sink my feet (size 10ish) in a little deeper. Less power in the pedal stroke, but more confident stopping.
