$450 is way too much for such a stupid invention. My helmet cost less than 10% of that and I am almost certain it works better. Hope I don't have to test that theory though...

well, its a pretty new concept being brought into fruition, and of course new inventions are going to be costly to produce at first. i dont think its a stupid invention at all really. im sure if down the line they got cheaper it would sell to allot of people who ride bikes and probably get a number of people who dont wear helmets now to wear this.

i dunno, no need to brush off new technology just because its still young.
