i have a surly lockring and it seems soft... once when i was tightening it down the wrench slipped off and barely mushed the edge of the keyway... or whatever you would call where the wrench fits in. i've never had this problem with my d-a lockrings. it might just be due to my incredibly huge russell's muscles.

You must have really been hitting the steroids since the last time I saw you, or else you've done a lot more 12oz. curls!

My friend had the BB threads on his surley pacer strip after a few weeks of riding. He called surley and they were quite surprised. They had the frame sent back and replaced, witch they did gladly and quickly.
