This guy can help you figure out how to get the time in sync...and using his method you won't need to use the Knog settings.

Haven't worn a watch in over a decade since these days we have so many devices that include a clock function. On the bike handlebar I usually have a decade-old GPS which tells me the time to within a fraction of a second - good enough for most purposes.

I have a yellow Nike running watch that has been out of batteries for awhile. Otherwise, I have a cycling computer that displays the correct time. Prior to the cycling computer, I'd just stop and take my phone out of my pocket.

The bezel on the GMT-Master is for a second time zone which is indispensable to me. They're also handy for reminding you when your parking meter expires.

Or when you're taking the LSAT and need to reset where the 35 minute mark is at the beginning of each section.

I just wait until I pass a bank. Then I can usually tell how much time has passed since the last time I saw a clock.

Otherwise I would just grab my phone out of my bag.

No watches. Always tried to wear a watch when I was younger, but they never stuck with me.

this is my watch. I don't wear it all the time, but it's been a good watch. Going to replace the band soon, but not sure with what.
