Don't like the silver bar tape, the ergo bars, white/red saddle, red cages and other red bits, the way the bottle cages are mounted (the mount in general), silver cable housing, or the gray tires. The carbon fork also looks out of place to me. I feel like this could have been a super classy build, too.

How bout that god awful bartape?
or that test saddle?
or those ergo bars?
or the bottle rockets?

A lot of potential, but it's done wrong.

Dunno why y'all hatin' on the ergo bars. Silver tape is pretty wack though, and those red seat-mount cages are looking like an accident.

Re Lester's bike - the brake levers are too far down the bars for my tender paws. I'd prefer a more traditional looking chainring too. Apart from that, she's a sweet looking bike, nice selection of colours.

Agreed on the the following:

tape
tires
saddle
bottle cages

Tentative on handlebar.
While I do not like the shape of drops I like the top part very much - flat and carbonwrapped.

Also, I do not see yet the alternative for this aquarack - frame does not have any holes and I need at least one bottle while it is cool and 2 while it is florida-hot.

Here I'm open to suggestions ...

P.S. Are those cables that wrong being silver?

i like the frameset, wheels, crankset, stem and seatpost.
im neutral on the tires.

i dont mind the ergo bars with hoods.
I also dont mind the saddle, or even the saddle bottle cages

i do not like the bar tape at all though. im thinking either red or white or black tape would look better.

i would have also done black brake cables.

while i dont hate the looks of the saddle and bottle cages, the white saddle seems just a touch out of place.

if i were to change things, i would go black saddle with either red or black tape. oh and maybe some red anodized valve caps

all in all though its a nice singlespeed with road bike feel

Thank you for the tip but I do not get the concept to the end.
Remove when I do not need them - you mean for photoshoot and for parking in the garage.
I need bottle cages for riding.
And this is when people see my biek.
And when it comes to show, - bottle cage on strap look like it does not belong (especially the one form Amazon) . I personally do not like something being strapped to the frame. And being strapped to the seatpost has the same concept as single bottle cage on the saddle like this:
And I have one.

I will start with tape, tires, saddle... and yes, those anodized valve caps.

Is that your wife's bike? If the frame didn't have a white section in the front it wouldn't look girly. I think it would look pretty amazing with the white section being silver.

I dont like the stem, seat post, fork, and deep rims. The saddle bag and front rack is pretty nice

Also B17 with that much saddle/bar drop. I tried mine like that and it felt like the saddle was going to eat my inner thighs

I would prefer to see some eyeletted box section rims and the bars wrapped fully with the leather tape. I also don't care for the excessive anodized bits like the chainring bolts and the thomson securing bolt thing. I like the attention to detail, but there is just a lot of matchy-matchy purple going on.

I know about your leather shoulder sling; what's with the bottom piece of leather in the main triangle? Grab handle?

lol well its definitely my girly/matchy-matchy bike (and no its MY bike... my wife has a celeste bianchi campione de italia. celeste and black were our wedding "colorway" lol)
funny you ask if its my wife's bike, its her favorite of mine. its a ridiculous bike for sure.

lueky: exactly that, a grab handle so i can carry it under the arm. was actually useful for carrying up stairs when i lived in SF.
but both the shoulder sling AND grab handle is totally gratuitous, but so's the bike

but yah totally fair comments/dislikes.
