Can anyone tell me who makes these rims?

*I don't think they are deep V's but I may be wrong...

Seatpost inserted all the way into seatube, but still leg is straight at bottom of stroke. Short bmx stem required to reach bars. Frame is too big.

Isnt that frame like 350euro's on ebay?
