Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

@clg they aren't reversed. the drop outs are paragon machine works. I brazed them to the chain stays without filling the ends all the way up to the angled cuts just for a different look.

Are you building this for NAHBS? Can't wait to see a finished product.

hey everyone. Thanks for all the comments. @BB thanks. That bicycle in flickr stream is headed to CA. @91 thanks. It makes a statement. @cyn not this year. I was seriously considering heading down to Austin. Maybe next year. @Jm. will do! Will post some to this thread. I'm speaking with a couple blog admins about pieces and nice detailed photos.

I'm stuck on saddle choice at the moment. Anyone have ideas?
