Need Helping Picking a Bike for SS Riding.
My last bike was a SE Draft before crackheads stole it's crappiness.
I basically ride my Bicycle anywhere that I need to travel to unless the conditions are
miserable like heavy rain, snow, tornado, meatballs and etc. Lots of holes and bumps in the areas in which I ride most, so I'm not looking for any aluminum, chrome or carbon frames; from what I hear it wouldn't be fun riding with any of these materials. I'm currently using my friends Langster and pretty much don't like the way it feels, mostly the weight of it; I don't really like riding on a really light frame. I also have a really bad habit of braking a lot.
I wouldn't mind buying a frame and building the rest of it, especially since the crackhead left me my front wheel.
What I'm willing to spend is anywhere between $500-$800.
What I was looking at was a Kilo TT or
Motobecane, or
Bianchi Pista frame that I found on craig's. https://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/bik/2159715255.html
Any help would be much appreciated. (Apparently a lot of people don't include enough info for these threads; so if i haven't, let me know so I can tell you all about my eyebrow shape and toe size and whatever. thanks!)

if you have big toes, get a surly cross check.
if you have long eyebrows with a corner in them, get a raleigh one way.

Haha. Well I have neither big toes or long eyebrows ;]
I was looking at frames on Craigslist and found this https://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/bik/2168673833.html
Anyone have any thoughts on it?
