He should've used a rasp and some files to finish sculpting the bike. He assembled it at step 3/13 of the "Build A Cool Wooden Bike" manual.

I used this form of stepped laminates to make guitars. You still have to finish shaping the wood to make it cool.

Then is it jackass or just incomplete? Even if the owner thinks he is finished.
